About Trivelle Living

A warm, professional and dignified care home

Founded by three individuals from different walks of life, united by one shared belief — that every senior deserves to age with dignity, warmth, and purpose.

Our story

Three founders, one belief

Trivelle Living was founded by three individuals from different professional backgrounds, united by one shared belief — that every senior deserves to age with dignity, warmth, and purpose.

Together, the three founders combine expertise in elder care, business management, operational excellence, and the invaluable perspective of family caregivers. This unique combination inspired them to establish Trivelle Living with the vision of redefining elderly care in Malaysia. Their home for it is a purpose-built residence in a 22,000 sq ft garden bungalow in Country Heights, Kajang.

Trivelle Living is operated by Trivelle Living Care Centre Sdn Bhd, known in Chinese as 啟恩乐龄健康护理中心.

The founders

The people behind Trivelle

G

Grace

Care & Operations

Grace has always had a deep passion for caring for older adults. From volunteering at elderly care homes to earning a Bachelor's degree in Long-Term Care in Taiwan, she has dedicated her career to serving seniors. On returning to Malaysia, she established and managed an elderly care centre, gaining years of hands-on experience in both caregiving and care-centre operations.

M

Melody

Business & Family Experience

Melody comes from a background in business management and real estate. Her perspective was deeply shaped by her grandfather's journey as a dialysis patient living in a nursing home. Witnessing the emotional challenges families face inspired her to place greater emphasis on quality care, meaningful family communication, and creating an environment that truly feels like home.

J

James

Leadership & Operations

James brings years of experience in team leadership and business operations. Having personally accompanied his own family through the final chapter of a loved one's life, he believes exceptional elder care goes far beyond meeting physical needs — it is about creating a place where every resident feels respected, valued, and genuinely at home.

Why “Trivelle”

Tri — the three founders.Velle — Latin, “to choose with intention, to will with purpose.”

The name Trivelle unites “Tri”, symbolising the three founders, and the Latin “Velle” — to choose with intention, to will with purpose. It reflects a conscious decision to build a place where professionalism, compassion, and responsibility come together to give seniors a life of dignity, comfort, and meaning.

Because we believe that growing old should never mean being forgotten.

What guides us

Vision & mission

Our vision

To redefine senior living in Malaysia by creating communities where every older adult lives with dignity, purpose, joy, and a true sense of belonging.

Our mission

We provide compassionate, person-centred care in a warm home-like environment, empowering older adults to live independently, stay socially connected, continue learning, and enjoy a meaningful quality of life while giving families peace of mind.

Care philosophy

Time to truly pay attention

Many care homes run one caregiver to eight or more residents. We hold ourselves to one for every three to four. The difference shows hour to hour: showers that are never rushed, mealtimes where someone notices who ate well and who didn't, a hand to hold on the garden path, and an emergency bell answered in moments — because there is always someone near enough to hear it.

The same attention runs through the kitchen. Four nutritious meals a day, every meal with soup, prepared with less sugar and less salt; fruit at teatime; vegetarian and vegan plates for residents who prefer them. Food here isn't catering — it's home cooking, because that is what this place is: a home.

Quiet tree-lined street of the Country Heights estate

The location

Why Country Heights

We deliberately chose a quiet, green, gated estate over a city-centre lot. Inside Country Heights, mornings sound like birdsong instead of traffic; residents wake to gardens rather than shoplot walls; and the estate's own guarded gates add a further layer of security around our home.

Yet it is anything but remote — minutes from Kajang and an easy drive from across the Klang Valley, so visiting never becomes a chore. The pace here feels like a kampung morning: unhurried, green and neighbourly, but close enough for children and grandchildren to drop by any day of the week.

The care team

Trained, present and accountable

Trained caregivers

Every caregiver at Trivelle Living is trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR and First Aid — and with one caregiver to every three or four residents, they have the time to use that training attentively, not just in emergencies.

Registered nurse

A registered nurse conducts weekly rounds, looking in on every resident, reviewing how each person is settling and eating, and flagging anything a family should know about early.

Visiting panel doctor

We are currently arranging a visiting panel doctor for the home. In the meantime, residents' own clinic and hospital appointments are supported with transport and escort arrangements.
