Residential care
Long-term care in a 22,000 sq ft garden bungalow — one trained caregiver to every 3–4 residents, and every room with an outside-facing window.
Long-term living, done properly
Residential care at Trivelle means your loved one lives here — not as a patient, but as a resident of a three-level bungalow in a green, gated Country Heights estate. With no more than 50 residents and one trained caregiver to every 3–4 of them, our team has the time to learn how Mum takes her tea and when Dad likes his walk. That attention is the whole point.

Every Trivelle caregiver is professionally trained in Basic Life Support, CPR and First Aid — and with one caregiver to every 3–4 residents, there is always someone close enough to notice the small changes that matter.
A registered nurse conducts weekly rounds to review each resident's wellbeing, and a visiting panel doctor arrangement is underway. In any emergency, our protocol is vitals first: assess and record vital signs, inform the family immediately, and arrange hospital transport when needed.
Between those moments, safety is quietly constant — an emergency bell within reach in every room, and 24-hour CCTV across the home.

Questions families ask about residential care
We welcome seniors aged 55 and above who are medically stable — including wheelchair users, those needing help with daily living, and those with mild to moderate dementia. We are a residential care centre, not a hospital, so we cannot accept residents needing tube feeding, catheter or stoma care, dialysis, continuous oxygen, or intensive medical treatment. Our team confirms suitability through a short pre-admission assessment.
Accommodation, basic care services and daily living arrangements, four nutritious meals a day (every meal with soup), daily housekeeping and laundry, weekday activities, and safety monitoring with an emergency bell and 24-hour CCTV.
Nearly every room comes with an attached private bathroom, and every room has an outside-facing window for natural light and air. Two rooms (the ground-floor 6-sharing room and the 2nd-floor 3-sharing room) instead enjoy step-free access to well-appointed shared bathroom facilities.
Our professional care team is on duty 24/7, with caregivers trained in Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR and First Aid. A registered nurse conducts weekly rounds, health is managed with regular assessments, and our target caregiver ratio is 1 to every 3–4 residents.
Weekdays bring daily brain-boosting activities — memory training, games, hand-eye coordination, music interaction, and art & craft — alongside daily morning exercise. Weekends are free and easy for family visits and rest. We also host four free events a year: Chinese New Year, a Parents' Day outing, the Mooncake Festival, and Christmas.
