*Most rooms have an attached private bathroom; the ground-floor 6-bed room and the 2nd-floor 3-bed room instead enjoy step-free access to well-appointed shared bathroom facilities. The 8-bed room uses a shared bathroom.
The basic rate includes the room, 4 meals a day and our care team's daily care and assistance. Full Care and Wellness are optional packages.
Hospital transportation is not included (arranged separately). Daily dressing RM10 per time if needed.
Optional add-on: haircut RM50 per session.
Wellness sessions can be mixed and matched according to the resident's preference and suitability. Hospital appointment assistance covers doctor appointments, hospital visits and medical follow-ups. Package inclusions are subject to the resident's care needs and Trivelle's service arrangements.

Advance booking required by 5:00 PM the day before. Pick-up by 7:00 PM; RM10 per 30 minutes (or part thereof) after. If still present after 8:00 PM, the visit converts to a Short-Term Stay billed at RM250/day, with pick-up the following day.

Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable; unused visits expire after the validity period.
