Care for a living
Join the founding team of a 22,000 sq ft garden care home in Country Heights — a workplace built on the idea that carers do their best work when they aren't stretched thin.
Our culture
People matter — starting with our own
Our 1:3–4 caregiver-to-resident ratio isn't a marketing line — it's a hiring decision. While much of the industry stretches one carer across five to ten residents, we hire enough hands so every carer has the time to notice, to chat, and to do the job the way it deserves to be done.
Every caregiver at Trivelle is certified in Basic Life Support, CPR and First Aid — it's required for the role, and we provide the training to get you there.
A day at Trivelle
What working here looks like
Mornings start with gentle group exercise on the lawn or in the activity hall. Weekdays bring structured activities — memory training, games, hand-eye coordination, music interaction, and art & craft — and weekends slow down to a free-and-easy pace with families visiting.
You'll work in a garden bungalow, not a ward: natural light in every room, a registered nurse on weekly rounds, emergency bells and CCTV backing you up, and a small team that knows every resident by name — and by story.
This is work you go home proud of. Every resident here is somebody's parent, and families trust us with the people they love most.

What we stand for
What Trivelle means
The name Trivelle unites “Tri”, symbolising the three founders, and the Latin “Velle” — to choose with intention, to will with purpose. It reflects a conscious decision to build a place where professionalism, compassion, and responsibility come together to give seniors a life of dignity, comfort, and meaning.
The three founders
Grace, Melody & James — founders of Trivelle Living, united by one shared belief.
Latin — to choose with intention
A conscious decision to build a home where professionalism, compassion and responsibility come together.
Because we believe that growing old should never mean being forgotten.
Open roles
We're building our founding team
Trivelle Living is preparing to welcome its first residents, and the founding team we hire now will shape the home for years to come. We're looking for people across four roles:
Caregivers
The heart of the home — trained, certified and never stretched thin.
Nurses
Registered nurses for weekly rounds, health assessments and care planning.
Cooks
Four fresh meals a day, every meal with soup, less sugar and less salt.
Drivers
Outings, appointments and errands — safe and unhurried.
No formal vacancies posted yet — if care work is your calling, write to us and tell us about yourself. We read every application personally.
